SCREENING OF PROFILE We receive profiles through various sources. This can come either through a consultant or you can directly apply to us at email@example.com. There is a screening process to filter out the relevant profiles. The Kaya recruiter shall get in touch with you for relevant openings.
INTERVIEWS These happen following the screening (if you are selected for the subsequent round) - one or two interviews with HR and then with the Line Manager.
REFERRAL At the last stage, we take feedback about you from two individuals who have known you in a professional context. For Leadership roles within Kaya there is a psychometric profiling and assessment that helps us identify your relevant behavioral competencies.
