4 sessions which should ideally be 15 days apart are required for optimum benefits. However, sun exposure must be restricted for the next 3 - 4 days and a sunscreen of SPF 15 is a must. Harsh soaps should be avoided and only a soap free mild cleanser must be used on the face.
